NOPE - I had faucet off and new one on and then the drain piece broke, actually fell out bc of the pressure I had gently applied and was already broken anyway - just waiting to fall apart in my hands.

However, if there's lots of twists and turns in the duct that's already in the wall, adding a periscope vent may be too restrictive.I had one on the (full size) dryer in my previous house and it seemed to work OK.

Consider incorporating something in the foreground so that you can "shoot over" something the gently peaks in.Turn on all of the lamps in an image.Do not photograph at night.
