I may be biased, as a local, but there is no better place to buy real estate than Florida.

The investment club usually is following the bias of the founder or the most active of such club, so you've been redirected that such and such investment is great, while after investing for such "great syndicator" they also failed when the market is going againts them. 

Maybe it evens out, I'm not sure.Permitting services are very common in Florida, and while I'm biased since it's how I make a living I'd suggest pulling your own permits a couple times in your market area and decide for yourself what value it has.

Hey Josh,Completely biased, but real estate is definitely a great option and Atlanta certainly has its pros and cons. 

Everyone has their preference and biases. 

I'm definitely bias, but Nevada is a close by state with lots of benefits (proximity being a big one).
