Unless you have a local property management company working for you and recommending this, you're likely to either lose a lot of good prospective renters or have to charge less in rent to compensate.Splitting gas to get tenants paying for their own heat is a different story though.

Materials aren't the gas to my engine, however for me certain things keep me motivated & driven, no pun intended :-)FYI: All my tenants know me as the owner's representative, NOT the owner.
