They have nice looking direct booking sites, but I'm more curious about their digital marketing training and crm software included with their package.

The mobile home can "Never" be from another site or piece of land only from the manufacturer.

I went ahead and set up my first channel with Airbnb and a booking site that comes with the subscription.

So you can buy a four flat, live in one unit and rent the other three, but you have to live in one unit on the site. 

Most of the "Sub-To" community members I've met on the journey are the most overzealous people in the game.

Some people are mentioning how they’ve been successful buying OOS site unseen.BUT, let’s keep in mind that that was a totally different market ago where almost everybody succeeded (low rates, incredible appreciation etc.) 

I tell everyone this, New York is one of the hidden gems of investing if you know how to play the New York game.
