So the answer to your question is to ask yourself another question:  How much brain damage am I willing to endure for the potential for higher cash flow?  

I submit that one of the enduring legacies of COVID-19 on the U.S. will be the complete rewriting of the "rules" governing where its citizens choose to live their lives.
