Especially in Palm Desert.

They should actually be condemned and the land converted to higher and better use.I would focus in parks that are situated in desirable geographical locations i.e. beach cities, golf courses, mountain, desert, lake, river resort locations, etc.

go to your reia  meetings and do heavy networking..not to be a Debbie downer but wholesaling is VERY tough and especially in hot =markets like phxit would be easier in Indy, and in Dallas its a contact sport... not sure you came to greener pastures.. or brown desert as it were.you will find wholesalers at the reia's though no doubt.

We do plan to follow the seasons with our travel so we'll most likely be in the Pacific Northwest or mountain states in the summer and likely in the desert states, California or Florida in the winter months and other states inbetween the spring and fall seasons. 

As far as plants for the yard in the high desert, I like Carl Forester grass...break up the front with tall feathery stuff and create winter interest.

During the crash / correction they often become a desert towns with the few units occupied, no dues means differed maintenance4.

-File any claim to deserting tenant or just relist and be happy a bad tenant moved since this area should be relatively easy to lease.Thanks for any help.
