My best advice is to work with someone who can easily plug you in with their network of GCs, PMs, and lenders.

It helps me build connections with other investors, and it helps me expand my network of capital partners.

I’ve had most luck with signs in front of my plaza and word of mouth - networking at Chamber of Commerce and chatting with other business owners in the area.

The real wealthy people are quiet, unassuming, running their business and not their mouths.Keep networking, educating, and growing.
