At over 4000 sq ft, I'm surprised you won't be able to list for a much higher number to net a decent profit, but without knowing more specifics on the house and location, I am speculating here.

What specifically are you looking to do?

For example Hospitable has a option for this through there direct bookings payout sections but it is only for specific states.

Not that I'm a proponent of borrowing just for a tax break, but the interest is a deductible expense.

While some folks may not change the way they underwrite from one type of property to another, what specific property are you interested in, SF, 2-4 MF, or 5+ MF?
