We typically see FICO scores in the 560-620 range for Class C, below 560 for Class D.Recommend only looking at convictions & evictions in the last 2-3 years, ignore older ones.Focus on the last 2 years of employment via YTD paystub and 2024 & 2023 W-2's.

Personally, If I could pull out a HELOC, I would use it to fix and flip which will typically make sense as you shouldnt be keeping the money out for that long and you can recycle it or pay it back and build off the capital that you got from. the flip.

- Of course, most of these PMCs weren't even properly licensed and were typically one-person companies.If you have an LLC, the PMC will only need the LLCs EIN.- If you chose to set up your LLC as a pass-thru entity, then you will need to supply your SSN.FYI - to avoid getting nasty letters from the IRS about errors (which might cause us to be audited), we will ask for a copy of your EIN assignment letter or a copy of your SSN card to confirm those numbers.
