It boggles my mind.  

I started in real estate in 2004 and it is mind boggling it took me 12 years to find Bigger Pockets!  

It boggles my mind why the banks give so many listings to the same agents.

I am helping my brother in law sell it but it's mind boggling to me.  

If they choose to dump all their inventory at once (which I don't predict but is possible) it could have a major impact on Vegas market.It boggles my mind why anyone would want to buy and hold in MA if there is no positive cash flow and appreciation rates are so low.

The inspection passed a year ago- he got incorrect information.This is mind boggling to me and very frustrating, let alone a waste of time.NEXT:  I am going to make an offer on an investment property today for $750K and it needs $500K of renovations.

It really boggles my mind how if you steal a car cause you like it, it’s a felony but if you steal an apartment, utilities, etc you have to go to court and cannot ruin this persons life.

I've seen people on here who invest out of state without a property manager with success, but that boggles my mind.

The price history on some of these condos is mind boggling. 10 years ago they were trading for almost the same price as they are today.
