Warren MI home won't sell

Hey guys,  I need advice on other strategies that I can use to get a 3/1 sold in Warren MI. It is move in ready,  not asking a lot. It doesn't have a basement or garage and is closer to Detroit. I have called a lot of investors,  put signs out, showed the house a lot and lowered the price substantially however,  its still not moving.  I am helping my brother in law sell it but it's mind boggling to me.  I've never had this problem!

Not on the MLS? That's a serious mistake. Most retail buyers are looking on the MLS. So, number one step would be to get it listed.

If its on the MLS and getting showings but no offers, price is the issue. But I wouldn't mess with price until you have it on the MLS.
