In other words they were not allowed to terminate the money losing business (apartments) they were it; they were required by a court to continue to run their business and continue to lose money!

@Belinda Fello- Usually, when you rent a property that has an HOA, you have a term in your lease that requires the tenant to comply with any rules or regulations of the HOA.
