Though it's true that a rehab to rental is generally different, in this case I'd say try to make it look as original and authentic as you can (trim, flooring,etc).

I find it strange how we will check credit scores, degrees, and even identity cards before we even understand the value that one person can bring into one's life or the world for that fact...often times we get caught up into the superficial value methods and not the authentic value methods- like creating a 'win- win' situation for all parties in a given deal...So explain to us; how do you implement the value giving method to be a productive member to the real estate community!!
