I am a new real estate agent just got my license active on 1/7/21. Though real estate is not extremely new to me I was able to date close 10 deals for my own portfolio consisting of multi family and BRRRR-ing houses. Now at 23 rentals I was able to leave my 9-5 job and achieve financial freedom. Wanting to pursue more in the real estate industry I wanted get my real estate licenses. I know lead generation does not happen over night and knowing this is the heart beat of the business. What are your recommendations on best way to market and promote myself to start generating leads? Any feedback is greatly appreciated, thank you!!

Two (abbreviated) schools of thought: expand your circle or work on your existing circle.

Most people focus on expanding their circle. After all, you probably don't even know 10% of the people in Wheeling, so why not market to the other 90%? Makes sense, but it takes a lot of time, money, and effort to build relationships with new people.

The second option is to build your existing relationships and then ask them for referrals. If you have 100 people that know, like, and trust you, and you can get them to send you one referral a year, that's 100 sales.

I have a free program I found online that is from a top trainer and includes everything you need to work the program. Connect and send me a PM and I'll share a copy with you.
