If you interacted with persons in trying to understand there quoting as you communicated here, no you wouldn't get much for answers because it's demanding, condescending and with hollow threats, nobody wants to deal with that BS or person so of course they blow you off, I bet you'd blow that person off too.

But hey…maybe you have an uneducated seller..there are plenty out there, *FSBOs cough cough* lol jk…sorta.This is common knowledge, but it does still blow my mind how much money some sellers will leave on the table for a cash offer instead of a financed offer..

Investor sends me "wholesale" property, when they ignored the same address I sent to them direct without all the mark ups a week before and a "wholesaler" remarketed to them as a "wholesale" deal.  1/2 the time not even under contract, so the chances of that deal blowing up are good.After today, your agents will be required to have some kind of agreement with you before they show you homes.
