Recently, I found a property that is vacant with one owner (other owner passed away in Oct 2015) and the bank has server/filed lis pendens in Aug-2015.

I can't find anywhere that they are stated.I'd also like to be able to search by date range and state.Something like "Subject To+Lease Option+AZ+TX+01/01/2019-06/10/2019" returning all results that include Both Subject To and Lease Option in Arizona & Texas for the date range Jan 01 2019 - June 10 2019" Seems to me it would actually reduce hits to the servers by simply getting the pertinent information to the request rather than having to try multiple ways to get the information I'm looking for.
