Same as a Doctor is going to recommend a Doctor for performing heart surgery.

  ( I have one on my block like that 500k home just sitting) owned by doctor who had a day surgery go bad and patient expired) move away house has been vacant for 3 years now... also has winterized stickers on it so some mortgage action.3. big bulk buyer got stuck with a few they will eventually get to.and any other myriad of reasons.

just because you are an agent doesn't make you an good investor.investor friendly agent like me are around :)i find we tend not to advertise we are..... here is why, in my opinion....I got my license bc I COULDN'T find an agent like me.I've have my license for a few yrs now. mostly to facilitate my own deal. and help other investors along the waythere are just different kinds of agents. just like there are different kinds of doctors.if you need surgery you don't go to your gp. you go to your surgeon.unfortunately agents aren't labeled unless they market themselves. luxury, REO, relocation.investor friendly agent I found go by WORD OF MOUTH.

But the bar may be closing because the owner needs extensive surgery.

As the wreck had just occurred at this point i was laid up with severe back and neck injuries requiring 324k in surgeries that I can't pay for and the at fault driver was not covered for.

I will give a call to the company who did the original surgery tomorrow to ask for the price.

I currently work as an RN in the OR specializing in Opthamology Surgeries.

I have had a couple of surgeries and will be healing for a while. 

I had all my credit paid off in September and dog needed a major surgery 😔.
