Almost every supplier, vendor and lender who has any business savvy will not give credit solely to an LLC without requesting a Personal Guarantee, meaning if the LLC does not pay their bills then the LLC member(s) who signed the Personal Guarantee are liable, meaning if the LLC doesn't pay their bills those members' personal homes, bank accounts, etc. are at the exact same risk as people who don't have an LLC. 4.

I am happy to report, per the chart below, near term lumber futures (1 month out) have finally hit pre-covid levels and we should really start to be putting pressure on our suppliers be it HomeDepot, Lowes, BMC, or any other local supplier you source from.

In regards to the private money, I’ve had conversations around taking those funds as a loan or as possibly bringing on the fund supplier as a partner; hence the discussion around an equity stake/cash flow.

You can also go to semihandmade.com for even nice faces for Ikea boxes.Often times, you can google flat front modern cabinets and get to manufacturer's sites, and they will link into their local suppliers as well.

A sub, supplier or contractor should be able to give a full unconditional waiver specific to that line item.
