I thought perhaps the date listed in the search results is the date of the most recent reply, but when I click and and scroll to the bottom (presumably the most recent post on that thread) that reply is also several years old.

After a while you won't even need a tracker or a spreadsheet to be able to identify whether it's a good or bad deal just from scrolling through the Zillow/Realtor stats.More importantly, find and get to know an agent in the area you want to invest, and make it clear to them that you plan to purchase multiple houses and want to develop a long-term trusting relationship with them.

Actually, I should add that starting a new thread with the full question in the title would catch people's eye as they scroll through - for example, "Looking for a Property Manager in {County X}", this way when people who can help you spot your post, it will get in front of them without them having to click on it & search to see where it is (which they probably won't do).
