Once the quarantine was lifted, ours booked up. 

From what I've heard speaking to students at the business college, a lot of them who had online classes still prefer to stay in town and quarantine with their friends/roommates rather than travel back to wherever home may be and do classes from there.

I recently learned that Irvine is the number one city to be quarantined in based on apartment size, takeout options, and a couple of other factors. 

I couldn’t wait to get out of bed in the morning everyday(this was during the quarantine so I had spare time) to start reaching out to real estate professionals regarding houses on the market.
