Yes, probably uncooperative junior lien holders, or the bank saw that the seller had additional assets or a good job such that they could effectively go after them on a deficiency judgment, versus the SS where the seller was probably negotiating hard to be fully released from the debt.

I know the 10 day redemption applies to the Homeowner-if he can pay off the full judgement, but I didn't think it applied to junior lien holders.

It's not rocket science and their PIG (yeah, bad name) program I think is pricey around $10k or more which you will get the upsell on most likely.For their SFR division they just find "good" deals from their in-house brokerage and present them to their PIG clients but not the junior membership which I forgot what that deal was.
