Welcome to BP Jade Atkinson I found BP great for information and relationships with local investors.Personally through BP I positioned myself to buy my first 4plex in the US.There are few Kiwis here, some more active then others....Are you interested to buy in the USA or NZ?

I might be old, bitter, and jaded but I hope the ones down the street are not just going to wholesale it to the other investor.

Im pretty sure lenders are pretty jaded already since they do waste a ton of time looking over documents just to find out they went somewhere else but that is part of their profession being commision based.
