Kia Ora to Everyone!

I have recently been bitten by the real estate bug and I am currently trying to sponge up as much information as I possibly can prior to purchasing my first multi-family property.

I have been in business for myself since I was 24. I started a boutique tourism magazine and travelled all over Australia for 4 years. Eventually I became disenfranchised with advertisers not paying their accounts and I moved into the world of music promotions and touring. After several successful tours in Australia and New Zealand I have now set my sights on property. In particular, creating multi generational wealth through multi family properties.

I would love to chat to anyone about anything real estate related but I also want to know how many Kiwis are using this website and if I can follow any who have had more experience than I?

There is a WEALTH of knowledge for the US market and I'm just not sure how NZ compares and weighs up by comparison.

:)

Welcome to BP Jade Atkinson
I found BP great for information and relationships with local investors.

Personally through BP I positioned myself to buy my first 4plex in the US.

There are few Kiwis here, some more active then others....

Are you interested to buy in the USA or NZ?
If in the US or anywhere for that matter, first you should figure out what you can afford and how you going to found it. Then research locations etc.

Feel free to ask questions if you have any.

All the best.
