My main goal with BiggerPockets is to connect with other investors and hopefully build a reliable network of lenders, property managers, contractors, and agents.

Firstly, I think this answer will be highly dependent on each investors current situation along with their long term goals!  

Our goal is to acquire an additional 200 units by the end of 2025 and connect with like-minded individuals passionate about real estate.Outside of my professional endeavors, my interests and hobbies include weightlifting, off-roading, hunting/fishing, and searching for the next big deal.What's your Real estate testimony, and how can we work together to build success?

What do you need help with to move you toward your goal?

Remember, your goal is to be able to sell once you finish.

We don't reach that point until we have had the opportunity to understand what an investor wants, their motivations, long-term goals, and risk profile.  

What goals do you hope to achieve through this property?

I am from Iowa so our goal would be to use it in the winter months (dec,jan,fab) and try and break even off the income from the remaining months. 

Real estate investment is my future.This amazing voyage begins with setting personal goals and vision.
