thanks for all replies . trust me im not looking for an easy way out, just a starting point. to take ur analogy for dieting, its important to see what diets work for others and then try them for yourself otherwise you could go through alot of dead end diets wasting your time and money

Is the pet appropriate to the unit leased, is there some small child next door, is it a house in a rural area, case by case decision.A four year old Doberman or a 12 year old Doberman that gums is special diet dog food?

Unless the car being replaced is truly falling apart, you just don't see 7-8 year old cars stalled on the side of the road. 

Find out I cant stand my car being broke into 3 times a month or terrorized by the meth head neighbors..... say screw this im moving.... 4 months later sell the house for more than I paid.... now I am a dealer and have to pay SE tax??
