Jobs and population are growing and many bigger companies like Google Honda, Intel, Amazon, etc are moving and developing here.

The population is growing, job market is growing, and so many major companies moving and developing out here like Intel, Google, Meta, Amazon, etc. 

There's so many catalysts for population and job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide Hospital, etc).

I focus on Columbus, Ohio, which has seen significant growth, especially with tech giants like Intel, Meta, Amazon, and Google setting up operations, driving up property prices and job opportunities.

Specifically, there's job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide, etc) and the population is growing (unlike Cleveland or Cincy).

Look at the population growth, job growth, and how many companies are moving and developing here such as Intel, Amazon, Google, FB, Honda, etc. 

Whether it’s a vacuum on Amazon or a service to help my business.

One of them is Columbus OH - overall great macroeconomics and still growing as well as the population, job market, and the number of companies developing here like Intel, Amazon, Google, Meta, etc.

I'm a wholesaler/investor in GA and the areas I come across deals are in Albany, Macon (college area, Amazon Facility), and Warner Robins (college area, Air Force Base).
