 Caribbean Beach Cabanas in Placencia is doing so good, the owners from Ohio bought more property in Ambergris Caye.

I would love to hear from others who have done STR in grenada as well, ( or even a similar/non bahamas-jamaica-aruba Caribbean island that isnt on the top of the list for us tourists but still worth it)

The black and white modern farmhouse styled mobile home is freshly painted outside and pops with a Caribbean blue double door that opens up to a spacious 1100 sq ft of interior living space.

I researched buying property in caribbean and most go 50-60% LTV max and 10 year loans at rates about 2x the US rate.

The units face the Caribbean Ocean and are maybe 40 feet from the water. 

This can be anywhere in the country, as it will be shipped to the Caribbean.

I wonder if there is some kind of online community like this for people in the USVI or maybe Caribbean?
