I do have capital to pay cash for up to 1 or 2 properties, depending on price.Primary commercial properties i'm interested in are,Retail/small plazasOffice buildingsMedical BuildingsIndustrial spaces that relate to transportation ( such as semi truck yards/shop/parking)Also, these are the current websites i mostly use to search for properties, please let me know if there are any other.

Probably similar to the scam when I was selling my dad’s truck for him on Craigslist....they want to send a full price cashier’s check, have their “transport guy” pick up the vehicle, and title.....when the cashiers check turns out be fake, they already have the truck and title.If you sign a rental agreement for 2-3 months, they now have a tenant relationship, and you’d have to go through the eviction process, even though their cashier check was fake....they’d just ate your unit for themselves while you went through the process.

But, we're probably still 6-12 months away from having our ducks in a row in terms of general RE knowledge, being pre-approved, and potentially having to rethink our transportation strategy (right now we're car-less and rely on transit, bikes, walking, and the occasional car-share).

With the transportation grant from the Feds, the new ENORMOUS metro park development on the West side, and downtown sprawling out further and further, it seems as if we are heading toward continue prosperity in real estate prices for some time to come.
