Dogpatch still on the up and up?
I have a friend who's trying to sell his place in Dogpatch off the market, I'm across the country so I don't have boots on the ground there, but all the research I've done suggests that it's still an up and coming neighborhood with all of the new things being built. Is this still a heavily sought after area? I so I'm looking to find some sort of mutually beneficial deal. Thanks!

Yeah Dogpatch of San Francisco has gentrified quite a bit. There is still a lot of industrial buildings there but tons of new development as well. It's a trendy area with great public transportation to downtown via the third line train. If you buy out here remember that SF has rent control and just cause eviction.
