Hello all,

Id like to invest in commercial properties and have been scouting for deals. What kind of resources are there available to find off the market properties and the info of those that own the said property? Id like to make cold calls or send emails/mail to find best possible deals. I do have capital to pay cash for up to 1 or 2 properties, depending on price.

Primary commercial properties i'm interested in are,

Retail/small plazas

Office buildings

Medical Buildings

Industrial spaces that relate to transportation ( such as semi truck yards/shop/parking)

Also, these are the current websites i mostly use to search for properties, please let me know if there are any other.

CREXI

LOOPNET

BIZZBUYSELL

CRAIGLIST

Any help is appreciated, thank you.

People do wholesale commercial deals all the time. They can be a little more time consuming and a little more difficult. You really need to know what you're doing and be able to tie up the property for longer periods of time as commercial properties often do not close fast like residential unless it's just a steal.
