We have been buying GE EnergyStar Tier II/II 18ft^3 refrigerators and mid-level ranges for <$1200 a pair (and that's in Canada ... bound to be cheaper down there) as we renovate ... much easer to maintain when you have the same fridge, range and dishwasher in all units.All in all, looks good.
