Often, you will need to dig deeper to get at the facts.I used to do my screening the "old fashioned" way.

I'm looking for my #2 house hack in a similar fashion but instead of managing 5 more tenants, I'm looking into doing section 8 where I can reduce work load with managing only one lease for a family. 

The repeated negativity is nothing more than good old-fashioned bullying.

Now granted I believe in Quality over Quantity and I believe in Spending $1,000 in every house weather I’m going to buy it or not in due diligence and I might be a little old fashioned but I can safely fund a deal in 5 business days with a profession team in place...

We use the old fashion method, I contact the previous landlord if they have a good rental history, I’m good - I really don’t care if they had a criminal background unless it had to do with violent crimes. 

Call me old fashioned but I'd prefer to sit down with them and talk things over face to face.  

For example, documenting partners' decision to use the business funds in this fashion and jointly accept the responsibility for the loan.

I called Service Master and they were able to start working in a timely fashion thankfully.
