In general I share Rob K's sentiment and abhor wall paper, however two weeks ago I was ecstatic to discover the front room in the unit we were renovating had 2-3 layers of wallpaper - the oldest layer was cloth.

I don't know that many people who could replace their car, clothes, rent money if they lost their job, etc. if they had to within a day.

Personally, I look to see how new the automobile(s) is, if they are wearing designer clothes, and if they wear jewelry.
