Now you not only have me procrastinating doing invoices/bids but contemplating visiting/moving to California. 

We've been contemplating making our next move as purchasing a multi-family (duplex, fourplex) and moving in for a year.  

So I'm contemplating converting the system to electric baseboard.

I'm not at the moment contemplating buying something.

I have been contemplating real estate investing for some time now, and finally think I am ready to pull the trigger.  

I live only a couple miles from PA line (just south of York County, PA) so I have contemplated looking in that area as well.
