Shlage encode lock and ring cameras work very well.

Now thinking about Ring Video Doorbell 3 with Schlage Encode (thx @Luke Carl) , seems like they work well together and I lock the backup key (can have a lockbox on site just in case as well). 

I think this rings true for most people when they travel. 

In those locations, it just has a stained water ring effect to it - the product does not appear to be deteriorating in those spots though, just stained from the water.  

For those wondering what we are talking about, here is a pic of a cool grain bin converted to a home:EDIT - Ok, a 36x7 is pretty tall, would make a really good 2 story place, but you could do a 4 ring instead and have a great vaulted ceiling single story. 

IMO a responsible investor needs to aim to get leverage below 75% as quickly as possible, while getting property condition to a point where you would not have a home inspector ring the alarm bell over stuff failing left and right and major components being past their normal life expectation.

I have sold hundreds of STR's over the years and there is only one client archetype that consistently can't do it: the micromanager.For example, staring at your ring camera all day and counting the guests as they check in and then sending messages to the guest demanding money for the extra person.

Key items were: good property management software (we use hostfully) and automation such as ring camera, smart lock, leak detection system (100 from Amazon) , workflow to send emails, etc.
