I used an online portal that matched me to realtors and so I am just in the process of emailing with them and clarifying what we are looking for.

For those bills that are non-static, you have to setup the auto-bill pay at that companies website portal, like a utility bill for example, so that it can auto-deduct the precise amount of the bill for that month... your checking account billpay feature wouldn't be able to know that non-static amount, but its perfect for your mortgage.

Drew, I've previously bought a few properties from Hubzu before and from dealing with them, what I can tell is that Hubzu is a portal for the brokerage to list their properties as auction sales.

Are all my invoices uploaded to my owner portal?

We have a construction arm that caters to investors, we provide a scope of work to get the place rent ready, a hard quote to do the work with options, and an open portal for you to see the work being done. 

I have an agent in Drum that has me on his online portal. 

SF has been great, we did have some troubles getting hooked up on an online portal since we were an LLC, but besides that, no issues.
