I'm running a new series on BiggerPockets Instagram called "Sunday Scaries" - just an opportunity to show how mistakes and scary situations happen to everybody.

A new car (or even a bike) there at all hours is a tell tale sign.

I'm trying to stay single as long as possible :)Marriage is no longer a fairy-tale, and in our society it feels like it's literally just one day/night of partying and taking pictures for the bride (and, of course, the shiny rock before all that).

Young kids watch too much fantasy land stuff on Facebook and Instagram.

We have ADU's in our area too and I haven't heard any tales of it having an impact on financing.

Or when you hear fishermen tell tales, do they tell you about the big one they caught or the one that got away?

Go to local real estate clubs and develop relationships and get the investors on your email list and to follow you on instagram and fb.
