The day after Christmas is a slow day for me, so I decided to take a look at sales data for Plymouth County, MA vs 1 year ago.Median Sales Price $360,000  +7.0%  Q2 and Q3 2017 median sales prices exceeded those at the peak of the market in Q2, 2006.Average Sales Price $441,297  +8.3%Percent of Original Price Rec's 97.7%  +0.6%Number of homes for sale 1,645  -22.0%Closed Sales 1,886  -0.8%Months Supply 3.1  -22.9%Days on Market 53  -20.3%It's still a strong seller's market and prices are still rising. 

I am making a trip up to the Portland/Salem area just after Christmas, I'd like to connect with an agent and an investor while I'm in town, who knows the Salem market well.
