City sent me a questionnaire regarding my recent purchase...

So the city sent me the above pictured letter. The property is a duplex that I purchased just before Christmas. I understand their intention however I question wether it is in my best interest to share the answers to all these questions that are not already public knowledge. What do you guys think? Have you received such a letter in your experiences?
