I don’t know how hard it will be to find 3 college students without cars, Greeley’s city transport system isn’t that good.

We have tight fuel supplies, meaning everything that is transported by anything is costing more.

Since you are going to sell consider things like schools, transportation and the things people would pay for that aren't part of the home....you know what I mean?

I think much depends on the market; for example, I'm not a huge fan of regulation, but my local market is virtually unregulated in regards to contractors, which tends to create a very "buyer beware" atmosphere.
