Tired of Wannabes!!!!

I am so tired of theses yahoos calling themselves buyers or wholesalers. You see it everywhere, they flood your email box with these so called "deals" and just by looking at them subject you can tell they are in fact NOT deals. OR, they call you when you put out a deal pretending real buyers; and/or worst they put out your deals pretending is theirs with their fee on top. There is got to be a better way! Does anyone know of any type of rating system for buyers or wholesalers? Wouldn't that be something.  It would be nice if I could leave a review for a wholesaler about my experience of buying from that wholesaler, you know like on Ebay. And vise-versa, as a wholesaler I should be able to leave feedback on a buyer after dealing with them, that way you would know if that buyer is a really a VIP buyer and not just running his/her mouth. Your thoughts, suggestions, anything would help. I buy and wholesale so I would welcome advise from both perspectives. Thank you in advance.

Replied

Unlicensed broker means no education, possibly no money, possibly no ethics, definitely NO oversight, NO license, and NO state board to punish those for misdeeds. Just read the threads on BP from posters wanting to know now to get out of a contract and the scammers offering all types of BS escape clauses. Ever wonder why most unlicensed brokers, as a group, have a bad reputation? Assignment clauses were not meant so that a bunch of yahoos could act as brokers, skirt license laws, and call themselves a name that implies they bring  deals!
