Hand out cards to everyone you meet, including complete strangers in a checkout line, and let them know you are ready to work your tail off for them.

@Jose Ramallo if you're having strangers stay in your house with you, I would want to personally check them out, not leave it to a PM to decide. 

I also feel like it would be disruptive to other tenants that feel like this is "home" and a stranger is coming over to stay the night.

If you were about to have your house foreclosed on how apt would you be to talking to a complete stranger who claims that they can solve your problem?

. #2 She mentioned that she was not allow to bring any guest/friend, we said we are no in favor of having strangers, especially male because...well, i'm a female, and she ignored and still manage to bring her boyfriend up a few times without permission.

(ie; allowing anyone in the public into your home to learn about your RE deals) Not sure that is safe to do of course in terms of letting strangers into your home...

We believe that more vacationers will be driving to destinations closer to them and staying in STRs versus hotels so that they are not around hoards of strangers in order to be more isolated and feel safer. 

The small multi-family ensures that you can have your own private space (just make sure the numbers work) and not have to share a house with strangers.  

Keep this in mind; you are entrusting your home, worth thousands of dollars to a stranger.

Hell she brought this guy in...you did not force a stranger room mate situation on these people.. then when her decision turns sour why do you get the first call ?
