I am a remote passive investor, with a great W-2 job I have no intention of leaving,  so I can be more long term oriented, it just depends on what works for you as everyone has different criteria/strategy.   

My wife has had one for 20 years.transaction coordinator makes sure all the paper work is done correctly.. ( in our market missing paper work means no commission check from broker LOL)… they handle appraisals inspections all the time killing things.. they charge her 400.00 per file.. and a good trans coordinator will have 10 or so agents they are working for.. its a great gig for those that don't want to sell.. and who are very detail oriented ..

With that being said, guests since the pandemic have become very detail oriented.

Looks clean...but I suggest to bring in color.... via art, rugs, pillows, throws etc.. jazz it up a bit

Just good schools safe and super family oriented is the only factor at this time

Your investing looks to be more transaction oriented so I would check their fee structure. 

I have a single family 3/2.5 in East Dallas (near White Rock Lake) in a nice safe, family-oriented neighborhood, but I'm wondering if it's too large for most or the location is not close enough to hospitals, etc. 

@Chandra Pydi, your question entirely depends on your budget, class neighborhood/tenant orientation, and investment strategy.

Chattanooga has a good scene and has consistently been named one of the best outdoor oriented cities to live in the South.
