Finding medium term rental comps
Hi everyone, I am looking to do medium term rentals room by room in my area. How do you guys go about determining actual sold comps for medium term rentals or getting a pretty close idea to what the market would be @?

@Adrian Vann I would recommend posting on as many listing websites as possible- Furnished Finder, Airbnb/VRBO (30+ day stays), local FB groups, and sites like Ale Solutions for insurance placements. If you are still not getting traction, I think it's safe to say that the market may be oversaturated for MTRs and it may be time to switch to LTR.
