Reserve and Gardens will have a lot of condos that are affordable. 

Westland is okay, Garden City, Canton,Ann Arbor.  

On the plus side it’s located a few minutes outside a major city and the other people tend to keep up their houses and it is quiet, it backs to green space with a large garden across the street and other parks nearby.

You plug the drain at the basement, go up to the rooftop and fill the vent pipe with a garden hose until every part of the system fills up and water overflows the vent pipe at the roof.
