Looking for lenders around Philadelphia or tips on how to approach banks for lines of credit to expand business and obtain more projects.

Ryan Geller - check out Spring Garden Lending. Private lender using commercial loans. I’m wrapping up a project with them and it’s been great working with them

BP has a list of HMLs by state. If that's what you're looking for, you could try that. Otherwise, we might need a little more info. ;)

@Daniel Helland I'm out of Philadelphia, working with a developer trying to expand the business and start doing my own flips under his guidance. Was leaning more towards private money lenders as opposed to HML! Or even just linking up with someone in the region trying to make a said return on money they have lying around. Would you be interested?

Search the events section for our area, usually a couple HML or people with connections at any event.
