Was at SO. 7 last night at Waters eating dinner...

Take one of them or both out to dinner. 

I’m from a small town in Texas and we have lots of little shops that make delicious homemade food items and my housekeeper loves Buc-ee’s.

It's my favorite topic of dinner conversation at the moment.

From having to add 8 hours a day of being in your house (Work from home) to having more dinner parties and friends/family over (All the bars/restaurants are closed), people are in search of a home that can now accommodate all of these things.

I've been known to throw a steak dinner to people for things of this nature.

I would find any excuse to fly somewhere, cost didn't really matter(I just wanted to fly)...this picture was taken 2003 when I was working on my instrument rating, nasty rainy day in Raleigh...popped up on top to a great sunset...flew to Wilmington for dinner, then back to Raleigh...Hard to put a price on that!

Since I have the income to handle that debt payment each month with ease (it's about the cost of a really nice dinner for 2 with wine), I choose to only pay the minimum each month and use my capital to invest, where I can earn a substantially higher return.Also, keep in mind.
