It is about large investment groups paying off politicians(who get say claim they are champions of the poor) and results in amalgamation of wealth and control.Maybe I am jaded and pessimistic here, but I doubt I'm wrong.

Hello, While majority of the people on BP are always championing cash flow, I beg to differ the strategy while thinking long term.

Everyone loves Champions and they have both in person and online classes. 

One theme that seemed to ring throughout is that owners don't feel protected by Airbnb and may be looking elsewhere.

Lots of dead numbers or wrong numbers and very few do I actually ring through to. 

It's from 2015, but almost all of it rings true today.

I think they key to direct mail is good lists, volume, consistency, and being ready to actually answer the phone when it rings. 

So far most of my call backs have been people seeing they have a missed call (short 1 ring from testing) and they don't know why I called so it ends up being a lot of wasted time with people who don't actually know why I called.

But lately I’m ready to ring AirBnB’s neck for ALWAYS taking the guests side even when they’re first time users and I’m clearly a rockstar.

And if you are in the DNC you aren't on my list to begin with...plenty of other numbers to ring without having to break the law.
