Real estate docs are written in legalese, and sometimes a word in English means something very different in legalese. 

It's going to be a tough transition from my current career in public safety/aviation, but with any luck, my motivation to provide top level service will get me through it.  

We have a different word for that in English...

I can contact the guests and let them know the problem and get it under control.The only issues we have had with guests are speeding on the road (one complaint) and and English language barrier.

Does anyone have referrals for Professional Contractors (handyman) who speak ENGLISH in DC and N.VA?

I do it when driving a tow truck, so I get 2-6 hours of listening, and sometimes I will be listening to an audio book, (since English is not my 1st language it can take me 10* to 20* more times to read a book).I'm still a newbie bro investor and got a $65k condo at market price before I started learning about REI.
