Currently, I give them the option of either mailing me the payment to my PO Box, depositing it directly into my property account using specialized deposit tickets or paying through my online portal.

You may be able to check out who has projects in your city from a public building permit portal and ask the property owner who they have doing the work and if they would use them again.
